UK:

UK Delivery is Free when you spend £100.00 or more

Stock orders placed before 2pm : Next day via courier or Royal Mail

Non Stock Orders depending on product, quantity and origin.

If an appropriate authorization is provided from the issuing bank of the credit/debit card used, then we will have no problem in despatching an order. If, however, we cannot receive appropriate authorisation, your order will be cancelled & you will be notified immediately

International:

All orders placed from outside of the UK are sent at the discretion of EnPlus Solutions. If we receive an appropriate authorisation from the issuing bank of the credit/debit card used, then we will have no problem in despatching an order. If, however, we cannot receive appropriate authorisation, your order will be cancelled & you will be notified immediately.

All U.K. Mainland orders placed on www.thebongtree will have a return period of 7 days providing the item is faulty or does not match the product ordered. (this is 7 working days from receipt of goods, not from ordering). If we receive any returns after 7 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED

You may return the products to us, whereupon a full refund will be made as described in 3.2 of the Terms and Conditions provided that the products are returned in the same conditions as received within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Anything received after 7 days will be sent back to the customer (at the customers cost), as we no longer accept returns after 7 days (UK Mainland only).

You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products, which were not satisfactory, from you. No refund will be made in these circumstances & there is only 7 days for this action.
